Sample transport and logistics

Where should I send the samples?

Samples can be sent to our main address. We also accept samples in person during opening hours.

For sample deliveries outside opening hours, please contact us in advance.

How should the samples be transported?

Specimens should be transported in suitable containers at the required temperature.

If you need containers (such as flasks or clearing tubes), please contact us in advance.

Some samples may need to be refrigerated, while others should be transported at room temperature.

How soon should the sample arrive at the laboratory after collection?

Ideally, samples should arrive at the laboratory as soon as possible to ensure accuracy. However, the acceptable duration depends on the type of sample.

Microbiological samples that are to be prepared on the same day must arrive before 3 pm.

Can I transport the sample myself?

Yes, samples can also be transported by themselves, provided that the required temperatures are maintained.
