Allergen Detection

Biolytix is able to check the mandatory declaration of foods using various analytical methods. For example, the ELISA method is available for direct detection of the allergenic potential at the protein level and PCR methods for detection of DNA from the relevant allergenic plant and animal species.


Allergens checks are offered at every stage in the production process – from the raw material to the end product. Its extensive expertise in food production processes and many years of experience in food diagnostics mean that Biolytix AG is able to establish the appropriate customer-specific customized tracking system analytics to exclude any unwanted entry of allergens in the production chain and to determine the same at an early stage.
